Japanton – Chronicles of Anton in Japan!

Today, before we start class I am going to ask if there are any questions. Then I will ask Kihon or Kata. If there are no requests then I will go through some material from the curriculum.

Tonight in class, some more selections from Koto Ryu.

We will continue with our study of Koto Ryu, the goal will be showing the same kata but with a focus on various themes depending on skill level.

Tonight in class, we will continue to look at the Koto Ryu Kata.

Tonight we will be working on Koto Ryu Kata from the Shoden. This will allow us to integrate some of the lessons from the Kihon Happo.

Tonight in class we will start with requests. If there are none, we will work on Takagi Yoshin Ryu.

After class, we will work on ???-??? (koho biiru nage) for those who have time.

Tonight in class we will continue on koshi sanpo variations.

Tonight in class, we will be exploring the Torite Goho, and Kamae.

Tonight in class, more requests. Preferably from curriculum material.

Tonight in class we will do requests. If there are none, we will do some of the Koto Ryu Shoden Gata, and Takagi Yoshin Ryu Sabaki Gata.
