Tonight in class we will continue with Kihon Happo concepts from Nagase Sensei.

Tonight in class we will continue with our Jisen Kihon Happo. Also will look at Nagase Sensei’s warm up exercises which he uses to start class.

Tonight in class we will continue Kihon Happo inspired by Nagase Sensei.

Tonight in class, we will be reviewing Omote, Ura, and Hon Gyaku to make sure we have not forgot those fundamentals.

Tonight in class we will be doing some striking drills. We will open with a review of Gogyo, and then hit the pads for a while.

Back to basics today, we will be doing material from 9th kyu to 7th kyu.

For tonights class, I will be taking requests. Keep in mind the poor air condition when making your requests.

If there are no requests, we will be working on kenjutsu.

Tonight in class we will be working on more kata from the Hekito Gata, and unarmed interpretations.

We will continue to look at Heikito Gata from Koto Ryu.

Tonight in class, we will break apart some of the kata we have been working on into the Kihon on which they are based.
